Air duct cleaning starts at $250 per system. Dryer vent cleaning and chimney sweeping each start at $120, and pressure washing starts at $200. These are firm starting rates from an IICRC Certified Firm — you receive a quoted price before any work begins, optional add-ons like pet treatment and carpet protector are priced separately and transparently, and there are no hidden fees. Upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, and commercial carpet cleaning are also IICRC-certified and available by custom quote — priced per piece, per rug, or by square footage after a quick inspection.
