CarpetPros is a brand of TotalMGT Facility Services. The CarpetPros brand and the carpetpros.org website are rented (licensed) to Master Cleaning Services Inc., the independent company that performs the services you book through this website under the CarpetPros name. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Master Cleaning Services Inc. (operating as CarpetPros), TotalMGT Facility Services, and our affiliated brands. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use carpetpros.org or book a service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you book a service, request a quote, or contact us, we collect and store all of the information you submit, including your name, service address, phone number, email address, the service you request, appointment date and time, and any notes you provide. If you pay for a service we also record payment details needed for invoicing (such as the payment method and amount — we do not store full card numbers). We may keep records of our calls, text messages, and emails with you, and we collect basic, anonymized usage data to improve the website.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule, confirm, and provide services; to communicate with you about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and receipts); to respond to inquiries; to improve our services; and — with your consent — to send you marketing and promotional offers, including text message (SMS) and email campaigns operated by TotalMGT Facility Services on behalf of our brands. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number when booking a service or contacting us, you consent to receive text messages from CarpetPros, from Master Cleaning Services Inc. (the company performing your services), and from TotalMGT Facility Services, which operates our text-messaging programs and marketing campaigns. These include appointment confirmation requests, reminders, “on the way” arrival updates, follow-ups, review requests, and promotional offers and campaigns. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not affect essential appointment messages unless you ask us to stop those as well.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any unaffiliated third party.

Email

By providing your email address you consent to receive emails from us, including booking confirmations, appointment updates, receipts, and occasional marketing messages such as seasonal offers and service reminders. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting us; transactional emails about services you have booked will still be sent.

How we share information

The information you provide may be used by and shared within our corporate family — TotalMGT Facility Services, CarpetPros, Master Cleaning Services Inc. (which performs the services you book), and our affiliated brands and partner companies — so we can provide better service: coordinating scheduling and dispatch, handling billing and support, improving our services, and sending you communications, including marketing campaigns operated by TotalMGT Facility Services. Partners acting on our behalf may access your information only to provide services for us, not for their own marketing.

We also share information with the service providers we use to run our business — for example, platforms that deliver our text messages and emails, our scheduling system, payment processing, and website support partners — and only as needed to provide our services. We never sell your personal information, and we never share your phone number or SMS consent with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may opt out of texts (reply STOP) or marketing emails (unsubscribe) at any time, and you may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
